Service Description
PayMind provides a SaaS platform that automates Accounts Payable processes for digital marketing and advertising businesses. Our platform includes features for invoice management, validation processes, and payment processing.


Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.


Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- To send, knowingly receive, upload, download, use, or re-use any material that does not comply with these Terms.
- To transmit or procure the sending of any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising or promotional material.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by PayMind or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PayMind shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.


Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding related to your access to or use of the Service shall be instituted in the courts of the UAE.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes to the Terms, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the Website before the changes take effect. By continuing to use the Service after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
